Sebastián focuses his practice on tax and corporate law, advising companies and their owners, with a focus on corporate and personal planning, tax consultancy, M&A processes and corporate restructuring.

In matters of succession, Sebastián is actively involved in the planning and execution of the transfer of family businesses to new generations, the development of protocols for business families and assisting owners with wills, gifts and bequests.

Sebastián also represents right of his clients before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service, Municipalities, the National Treasury Services, Tax and Customs Courts and Chilean Higher Courts of Justice.
