Lawyer since 2012, founding partner of Abuid Tax & Legal, he specialises in advising local and international clients on business law services and tax strategies in Chile, with extensive experience in international transactions, corporate restructuring and tax trials. In addition, he has experience in successions and transfers of control procedures for family businesses.
César Molina is a chartered accountant with a master’s degree in Tax Management and Planning granted by Universidad de Talca. He has more than 14 years of professional experience in executive tax positions in renowned Chilean consulting companies and banks.
Mr. Molina has extensive experience in providing tax services and audits in the field, actively participating in the implementation of tax strategies, corporate restructuring, company acquisitions and the representation of taxpayers before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service, the National Treasury Service and Municipalities.
