Lawyer since 2012, founding partner of Abuid Tax & Legal, he specialises in advising local and international clients on business law services and tax strategies in Chile, with extensive experience in international transactions, corporate restructuring and tax trials. In addition, he has experience in successions and transfers of control procedures for family businesses.

Paul is our external transfer pricing and valuation advisor. He has extensive experience advising Chilean and foreign business groups on the application of transfer pricing rules that apply in both Chile and the UK, as well as under OECD guidelines.

Mr. Valdivieso specialises in transfer pricing policies, ad hoc economic analysis, documentation studies and affidavits that apply to Chilean regulations.

Paul is also an expert in the valuation of market interest rates for intra-group financing, as well as in the analysis of debt capability and the execution of independent valuations for all types of assets, businesses or companies.
