Abuid Tax & Legal(hereinafter, “the Firm”), with offices at 1090 Avenida Américo Vespucio Norte, 12th floor, Vitacura, Santiago, Chile, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

  • Technical browsing data: according to the specific retention periods of the hosting provider (Vercel) and any analytics services used.

Your personal data may be shared with the following service providers, who act as data processors under our instructions:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting provider.
  • Sanity.io (United States) — content management system, stores contact form submissions.
  • Resend Inc. (United States) — transactional email service.
  • Eventually, web analytics providers such as Google Analytics (United States) and Vercel Analytics, configured with anonymized IP and without cross-referencing identifiable personal data.

These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually committed to processing data only for the indicated purposes.

Additionally, we may disclose your data to competent public authorities when there is a legal obligation or judicial requirement.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers listed are located outside Chile, mainly in the United States. These transfers are carried out under the guarantees required by applicable Chilean regulations, including standard contractual clauses and equivalent technical and organizational measures.
