In the area of dispute resolution, he actively participates in litigation and administrative proceedings before tax authorities, as well as in complex corporate reorganization processes.
Guillermo combines his professional practice with academic interests, currently serving as an assistant professor in the Department of Procedural Law at the University of Chile.
