Mr. Abuid is an active criminal litigator before Chilean courts, representing clients in high-profile cases both as defense counsel and complainant.
His advisory work focuses on his experience in investigations and litigation involving tax, customs, insolvency, and economic crimes.
Mr. Abuid was a Public Defender of the State of Chile for more than 5 years in the Santiago Metropolitan Region. His command of the Chilean criminal procedure system is current and deep.
Omar also represents clients in administrative sanction proceedings before Chilean state bodies, municipalities, and non-governmental institutions.
