Rodrigo is a labor lawyer and our external consultant specializing in labor, immigration, social security, and pension matters.

Mr. Jeria regularly advises companies on routine labor compliance as well as complex processes including collective bargaining, strikes, mass layoffs, special visas, labor due diligence, executive incentive plans, and the implementation of new labor regulations.

Mr. Jeria is an active litigator before Labor Courts and Superior Courts, representing the interests of clients, whether companies or individuals.
