In estate matters, Sebastián actively participates in the planning and execution of family business transfers to new generations, the development of protocols for business families, and advising owners on wills, donations, and legacies.
Sebastián also represents clients before the Chilean IRS, Municipalities, Treasury, Tax and Customs Courts, and Chilean appellate courts.
